Twelve hectares. One family. Every bottle grown here.
We grow the grapes, press them and age every bottle in our own cellar in Verzy. Three cuvées. A cellar you can visit. Allocations for restaurants and wine shops.
Most champagne is made from grapes bought from hundreds of growers. Ours comes from twelve hectares on the same hillside, worked by the same family since 1952.
That is why each cuvée tastes of one place, and why there is never much of it.
