For established experts and high-ticket advisory boutiques
Your practice tires you more than it should.
The writing and the follow-ups pile up, then they follow you home. You did not sign up for this.
We write for you and we contact the right people. You take the call. Ninety minutes a month.
Four client seats. Applications read within two working days.
What you walk away with
Ninety days from now.
Live calls with decision-makers off the list you approved. Each one logged with its date and the piece of content that started it.
Researched accounts, approached, followed up. Every reply read and qualified before it reaches you.
Published under your name, written from your voice, and still working in the market after the cycle ends.
That is the whole of what this costs you in hours.
The problem
The pipeline dries up when you are busiest.
While a mandate is running, you don't have time to post and reach out to people.
Then the mandate ends, and the market has to rediscover you.
Busy. Nothing published. Mandate ends. Pipeline thin. Start asking around again.
The only thing that breaks that loop is a system that keeps running while you deliver.
The cost
Posting and prospecting takes thirty-five to forty hours a month.
Twenty of those go on the content. Finding the angle, writing it, editing it, publishing it.
The rest goes on the people. Finding the right ones, reading up on them, writing something worth answering, and remembering to follow up when they do not.
Hours you do not bill. And hours you do not have at all while a mandate is running.
Move the two sliders. This is what writing it and chasing it yourself costs you.
That number is only half the picture. The other half is what one new client is worth to you, at your margin, on your terms.
The accepted cost
The accepted cost of a good year.
A good year carries a cost that never appears on an invoice: the publishing and follow-up hours that vanish the moment a mandate starts, and the empty quarter that was decided two quarters earlier.
Serious practices pay that cost and call it the job. We treat it as a design fault. The retainer exists so those hours stop being yours.
What you have already tried
Four things that each repair a slice.
Publishing in bursts between mandates. It stops at the next signature, which is the moment it needed to continue.
Calling the network that already gave. It gives less each turn, and the turn it stops giving shows up a quarter too late.
Hiring a writer. The writer publishes. Nobody goes to find the people who should have read it.
Buying cold meetings. The decision-maker arrives without having read a line of you.
None of the four is foolish. Each one repairs a slice of the problem. The slice it repairs is not the one that stalls the year.
The solution
Here is what changes.
We run the system. You do the selling.
More time for your clients, and more time for yourself.
The principle
Content and prospecting are not your job.
You are paid to do the work under the mandate. The hours that used to vanish into posting and following up come back, to your clients and to you.
The system
One interview. After that, we run it.
Where it starts
The list is built before the guarantee clock starts. Building it is our work.
Start with the diagnosis.
One conversation, forty-five minutes. You get back an Executive Assessment of your practice across four dimensions.
- where you are headed
- what you sell, and how it reads to a stranger
- how demand reaches you
- how a conversation becomes a mandate
It names what is costing you, in what order to fix it, and what it is worth in euros.
It costs nothing, and it is yours whether or not we work together.
Who this is for
Pipewrite is not for people starting from zero.
Advisory, transformation, restructuring, executive search, specialist consulting. The label matters less than the stage you are at.
- One engagement with you is worth at least €25K, as a project or on retainer
- Your practice is profitable at €200K a year or more
- You sell personally, and your name carries the work
- Clients have already paid full price for what you sell
- You have room to take on new business
- On your own, or a firm of up to fifteen. Either works
- You are still working out what you sell
- You are looking for your first mandate
- More than forty percent of your revenue comes from one client
- You are between mandates and need this to work immediately
- You want someone to close the sale for you
The work assumes an offer already sold at full price, and someone who will hold the calls. If you want us to close on your behalf, or a script to recite, the Assessment ends there.
We build the conversations. You close the mandates.
Proof
“A prospect forwarded one of Pat’s posts before our call and said he already knew how I could help him.”
Joseph Scorselo · Scorselo“Patrick did not merely produce marketing materials. He helped give commercial, operational and communicative form to an ecosystem that previously existed mainly as a constellation of ideas, practices and relationships.”
Leonard Khirug · Triunity“He won’t let good work stay invisible.”
Dain Dunston · Reservoir LLC“I started with expertise. Pat built the rest.”
Ashley Douglas · Ashley DouglasThe conversation numbers are not on this page yet. The first clients under this system are founding clients, and their figures will be published with their names on them.
Who we are
Thirty years on the other side of the table.

Finance. Marketing. Senior operators. Businesses in the middle of change. I can tell in one session whether an advisor is saying something real or repeating the market.
Great expertise does not sell itself. It has to be understood by the right person at the right moment, and that is a different skill from the one you spent your career building. Pipewrite is the system I built so that experts do not have to acquire it.
We take four clients at a time. That is the number we can do this well for.
The guarantee
Four qualified conversations in ninety days. The first one inside forty-five.
If the first one does not happen, that month costs you nothing. If the four are not there at day ninety, half of what you paid over the quarter comes back.
The clock starts the day you approve the target list, not the day you sign. Building that list is our work, and it should not eat your ninety days.
A qualified conversation is a live call with a decision-maker from the list you approved, whose problem is one your expertise solves, and who has said in writing that they want to discuss it. It is logged with the date and the piece of content that started it. A like does not count. A polite reply does not count. A meeting with someone who cannot sign does not count.
What we need from you
- The voice interview held inside the first two weeks
- The target list approved before any outreach begins
- Content approved and published on schedule, or sent back inside three working days
- Replies to booking requests inside twenty-four hours, and you hold the calls
- Your offer and your pricing stable through the ninety days
We do not guarantee signed mandates. Whether a conversation becomes work depends on your offer and on how you sell. That part stays yours.
Why we do both
Content gets you noticed. Outreach gets you in the room.
Content on its own waits for an algorithm to hand it to a stranger. Outreach on its own arrives as a stranger with a pitch.
Together, the message reaches someone who has already seen how you think. A ghostwriter stops at publishing. An outbound agency starts with a cold list and nothing behind it. We run both off the same document, your voice, which is the only reason the outreach has anything worth sending.
The engagement
One system. One retainer.
- Voice capture and your Editorial Genome
- Four LinkedIn posts a week
- The target list and the research behind it
- Outreach, follow-up and qualification
- Booking the call into your calendar
- Approving the content, about twenty minutes a week
- Approving the list, about ten minutes a month
- The sales calls, only when someone real is on the other end
The engagement. Ninety days firm, because that is the window the guarantee is measured over. After that it runs month to month. Thirty days’ notice in writing and it stops. There is no annual contract, and no automatic renewal to argue your way out of.
The setup. It is included when you allow us to document the result with real numbers and your name on it. We take four clients at a time.
Questions
Most of my work is under NDA. What is left to publish?
That is the normal situation for the clients we take, and we treat it as a mechanism rather than a constraint. Confidential work becomes anonymised patterns, market analysis, and clear positions on the questions your buyers are already arguing about. Your buyer does not need the client name. They need to see how you think about the problem they have.
Do I approve the outreach messages?
No. You approve the people. The messages are ours, and so is the follow-up.
How do you keep it from reading like a template?
You are reading the answer. The voice document comes from an interview with you, and every piece is written from it, in your cadence, on the questions your market is already arguing about. Edited by someone who has done this for thirty years. If a draft reads generic, it is. Send it back inside three working days and it gets rewritten.
Do you post from my LinkedIn account?
Never. You publish, or you authorise scheduling through official tools. Outreach runs on separate email infrastructure we set up and warm ourselves, which is also why a restriction on your LinkedIn account cannot stop your pipeline.
Am I locked in?
For the first ninety days, yes, and deliberately. Outreach takes four to ten weeks to produce its first real replies, and a guarantee measured over ninety days means nothing if either side can walk at week six. After that you are month to month. Thirty days’ notice in writing and it stops, with no annual contract and no renewal clause to fight.
Do you guarantee clients?
No. We guarantee qualified conversations. You control the sale, we control the system that creates the opportunity.
What does it cost?
One monthly figure, ninety days committed, thirty days’ notice after that. The number comes on the second call, after your Assessment. There is no price on this page because the work only starts if the conditions above are true. It is obvious for someone whose single largest annual mandate clears twenty thousand euros, and heavy for someone just starting out.
You already know how to do the work. Now the right people need to know you can do it.
We write the content. We find the people. We start the conversations. You take the calls.
About ninety minutes of your time a month.
