Authority and pipeline for high-ticket advisors

Your best work is confidential.
We turn it into qualified conversations.

We build the position, then we run the content and the outreach that carry it. Your time: ninety minutes a month.

Six qualified conversations in ninety days, or the Pipeline fees come back.

What you get

A position the market recognises.
Your buyer, the costly problem they face, and the precise words that name it.
Six conversations, guaranteed.
Booked within ninety days, or the Pipeline fees return to you.
Ninety minutes a month.
That is the full extent of your involvement.

The problem

Being excellent is not the same as being chosen.

You solve hard problems for people who pay well. The mandate ends. The market returns to a profile that could belong to anyone.

The next engagement goes to the advisor the buyer already knows. More content does not solve this. Nobody has written down who you are for, and what it costs them to leave the problem unsolved.

Why we do both

Authority and pipeline are the same job.

Content without outreach waits for an algorithm.

Outreach without authority arrives as a stranger with a pitch.

When the two run together, the message reaches someone who has already seen how you think. That is the mechanism that lets us put a number on the result.

The system

One system. Two stages. You say yes once.

Foundation
Days 1 to 30
  • We define your buyer.
  • We architect your offer.
  • We capture your voice.
  • We rebuild your LinkedIn profile and your landing page.
Pipeline
From day 31
  • Content goes out under your name: roughly twelve LinkedIn posts, two newsletters and one long essay each month.
  • Targeted email outreach runs to a list of four hundred approved accounts, from infrastructure we set up and warm during Foundation.
  • We handle every reply, qualify against your criteria, and place the calls on your calendar.

The second stage is the first stage in motion.

The math

One more right client changes the year.

One solid mandate covers the system for a year. Everything after that is upside.

Here is what writing it and chasing it yourself costs. Move the two sliders.

That is about 276 hours a year.
€0
of your own time, spent on work that does not need your expertise.
Assumes a 46-week working year and an eight-hour day.

And it does not stop working when the cycle ends. Every piece stays in the market, doing the introductions you no longer have time to do yourself.

The guarantee

Six qualified conversations in ninety days, or we refund the Pipeline fees.

We aim for ten.

A qualified conversation is a live call with a decision-maker from the list you approved, who has confirmed interest in your service. It is logged with the date and the piece that started it.

What we need from you

  • Foundation signed off inside thirty days
  • The list of four hundred accounts approved before any outreach begins
  • Your profile and page live and unchanged for the ninety days
  • Replies to booking requests inside twenty-four hours, and you hold the calls
  • Your offer and pricing remain stable through the cycle

We do not guarantee signed mandates. Whether a conversation becomes work depends on your offer and on your ability to convert.

Who this is for

High-ticket advisors and consultancies whose best work is confidential.

Corporate finance. Restructuring. Executive search. Risk and governance. Transformation.

You qualify if all of these are true
  • Your practice bills €250K a year or more, profitably
  • Your engagements start at €25K
  • You sell personally, and your name carries the work
  • Clients have already paid full price for what you sell
  • Someone answers an inbound enquiry inside twenty-four hours
We will say no if
  • You ask about a discount before you understand what you are buying
  • You want to start small and see
  • More than forty percent of your revenue comes from one client
  • You are between mandates and need this to work immediately
  • You want followers, reach or virality

Why us

Thirty years on the other side of the table.

Patrick Vieljeux

Finance. Marketing. Senior operators. Businesses in the middle of change. I can tell in one session whether an advisor is saying something real or repeating the market.

We take four clients at a time. That is the number we can do this well for.

Questions

Most of my work is under NDA. What is left to publish?

That is the normal situation for the clients we take, and we treat it as a mechanism rather than a constraint. Confidential work becomes anonymised patterns, market analysis and clear positions on the questions your buyers are already discussing. Your buyer does not need the client name. They need to see how you think about the problem they have.

What exactly are you guaranteeing?

Six qualified conversations in ninety days with people from the list you approved. If we miss, the Pipeline fees come back. We do not guarantee signed mandates, because the closing is yours.

Do you post from my LinkedIn account?

Never. You publish, or you authorise scheduling through official tools. Outreach runs on separate email infrastructure we set up. Sharing logins breaks LinkedIn’s terms, and the penalty is permanent suspension on the one asset you cannot replace.

Can we start with the content only?

No. Content written on top of unclear positioning wastes time, and content without distribution waits for an algorithm. The Foundation is the first thirty days of the system.

Your expertise took decades to build. Your next clients should not have to discover it by accident.
