Pipewrite Studio · The Signature Offer

Build the offerbefore you build the brand.

We research your market, define who you should sell to and shape a premium offer. Then we build the words and the website that carry it.

Two stages: Foundations first, website secondPrice on request

The problem

A beautiful brand cannot rescue a blurry offer.

A visitor arrives with a few simple questions. What can I buy? Is it for me? What does it cost? Why this business rather than another?

When the answers are unclear, the design carries the doubt onto every page.

It happens all the time. An expert goes independent and lists everything they can do. A founder explains the product and forgets to say who needs it. A business that has grown still describes itself the way it did on day one.

So we start one step earlier, with the decisions the brand will rest on.

Step 1 · Foundations

Decide what the brand needs to sell.

Foundations is paid work with its own deliverable. You keep it, whether you continue with us or stop there.

01

Positioning

We research your market and diagnose where the business stands: what buyers compare you with, and where your experience makes a real difference. We also say clearly what is proven and what still needs testing.

02

Ideal client

"Founders" or "small businesses" is too broad to write a single sentence for. We define the situation that makes your offer relevant, the person who decides, and what they need to understand before they buy.

03

A premium offer

We turn what you do into something a buyer can understand and pay for: its scope, its packaging, its price. A broad consulting service might become one defined engagement with a fixed fee. Then we write the words that sell it.

04

Search and AI readiness

We plan the structure, headings and service descriptions so the site can be found on Google and read correctly by tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Nobody controls what those tools cite. We make sure your site gives them clear material to work with.

What you receive

  • Market findings and a diagnosis of the business
  • The recommended positioning
  • Your ideal client, defined
  • The offer, its structure and its proposed price
  • The key messages and the copy for the agreed pages
  • The site structure and the search and AI recommendations

All in one Foundations document. It usually takes two to three weeks. We agree the depth of research and the number of pages before we start.

Step 2 · The website

A website built on decisions already made.

The Foundations document becomes the brief. The structure follows the offer, the copy explains it, and the design gives the business the presence it has earned.

You see a first visual direction within 48 hours of the design start. The site is fast, built for mobile, and carries the search and AI work into every page. The scope and review rounds are set out in the proposal.

Who it's for

For businesses whose work is ahead of its explanation.

You need something real to build on and the will to make choices. You don't need a finished brief.

Experts going independent

A long career turned into a business of your own, with an offer people can understand and buy.

Founders with a blurry offer

A strong skill, perhaps paying clients, and an offer that still takes too long to explain.

Businesses that have grown

The clients, the services and the ambitions have moved on. The way you describe the business hasn't.

Already clear on your offer? If you know what you sell and who it's for, you don't need Foundations. Choose one of our websites: one-page from €750, custom from €1,250, e-commerce from €1,900.

The experience behind the work

Business first, because that's where we come from.

“Patrick did not merely produce marketing materials. He helped give commercial, operational and communicative form to an ecosystem that previously existed mainly as a constellation of ideas, practices and relationships.”

Patrick Vieljeux, founder

Pipewrite Studio was founded by Patrick Vieljeux. He spent years in hedge fund finance, then founded a crowdfunding platform in Switzerland that let employees of large companies support social causes. It started as an NGO and became a company when investors came in. Since then he has written for senior experts, turning what they know into words their clients understand. After 25 years in Switzerland, he now works from Portugal.

How it works

A clear decision at each stage.

01

Tell us

What you sell today, who it's for, and what needs to change. We tell you whether the Signature Offer is the right fit, and if it isn't, which of our websites is.

02

Foundations

We agree the scope and fee, then do the research and the work. You receive the document.

03

Decide

With the document in hand, you choose whether to build the website with us. There is no obligation.

04

Build

We confirm the website scope and schedule, then move into design.

Price on request. Each stage is quoted separately, and you know the fee before you commit to it. If you continue to the website, the Foundations fee is credited in full against it.

Questions

A few practical questions.

Why is Foundations required?

The website is built on the decisions made in Step 1. Without them, we would be designing around guesses about your offer and your buyer. If those decisions are already settled, one of our websites is probably the better choice.

Can I stop after Step 1?

Yes. Foundations is paid work with its own deliverable. If you continue, its fee is credited in full against the website. You can use the document with your current site, another designer, or simply to run the business.

How much of my time will it take?

A first conversation, the material you already have, and a few review sessions. We do the research and the writing; you make the decisions and approve them.

Will this bring me more clients?

We can't promise clients, enquiries, rankings or AI citations. Those depend on your market, your reputation and how people reach you. We promise a clearer business, a stronger offer, and a website built to be found and understood.

Tell us where the business stands.

Send us your website or LinkedIn profile and a few lines about what you'd like to change. We'll tell you whether the Signature Offer is the right next step, or whether a website is enough. No call required: we reply by email within two working days.
