The clients you want scroll past you

We write the words, that make them stop.

Being seen is a daily job. Being remembered takes quality, and quality is the 20 hours a month you can’t spare. We do that work in your voice, you approve it, and it ships on cadence. You keep the authority it builds. You get the hours back.

🗸 Written in your voice, approved by you, before anything publishes
🗸 Quality that builds authority, not slop that buries you
🗸 One voice across every platform your buyers use.
🗸
Two hours a month from you. The rest is ours.

A limited number of clients at a time. It starts with a conversation.

We are not a ghostwriting agency. We are the authority layer between your expertise and your demand.

For founders whose name is the business. Established, profitable, and tired of being the best-kept secret in your market. Your credibility gets built in public, on the channels your buyers actually read, and the right
conversations start from there. Not louder. Impossible to confuse with anyone else.

THE PROBLEM

Generic Content is Worse
Than None At All.

Pipewrite is a quality-control system, not a content mill. It was built for one reason: to kill the slop that buries experts, and to sound like you instead.

It opens with one long session on what you do, the position no one else in your field holds, the clients you want, and how you talk when no one is performing. Everything after is built on that.

Then it compounds. Every piece you approve teaches the voice, so the next one takes less from you than the last. Nothing resets

THE SOLUTION

It sounds more like you
every month

Your business runs through one person. You. When you prospect, you do not deliver. When you deliver, the pipeline empties. Your reputation lives in the memory of a shrinking group of people, and memory is a terrible distribution system.

So you post. Sometimes. It sounds like everyone else because it was written like everyone else. It buries you instead of building you.

What your audience actually wants

Useful enough to act on.
The one they call when it's time to fix it.

Your reader wants one thing: help with the problem in front of them today, in words that are clearly yours, that leave them sure you can do the job.
Value first. Recognition next.
Authority last, as the result of the other two. A digest of other people’s thinking under your name earns none of the three.
Your billing rate €300 / hour

What content costs you if you do it yourself at your hourly rate
Over twelve months

And that is before counting the work the writing was supposed to bring in.

Hourly rate × hours per day × 20 working days × 12 months.
The number is not a forecast. It is the cost of doing manually what we would take care of.

What you get back

Your high‑value expertise
Free from the work that eats your day.

Every hour you spend writing posts is an hour you are not billing, and an hour off the work that justifies a premium. Move the two sliders. Use your own numbers.

The Imprint

Your publication.
Written for you.
Yours to keep.

A publication, produced for you, sounding more like you with every issue rather than less.

The core

The Publication
An owned newsletter and the short-form notes that feed it, on a fixed rhythm, in your voice, under your name. Published consistently enough that being seen stops being something you find time for.
Delivered: a fixed volume of publish-ready assets every month, or a proportional refund.

The asset

The Capture

The lead magnets and the pages that turn readers into a list you own. Publishing without capture is applause. This builds the audience that outreach converts, people who already know your work and have stopped weighing you on price.

Delivered: a new lead magnet and its page each quarter, plus the list it feeds.

The proof

The Record
Your own account: what was written, what you approved, what went out and when, with every live link. Your consecutive-week streak, and an export button on all of it.
Delivered: a publication record you can check any day, and take with you any day.

HOW IT WORKS

Six Steps. One Rhythm.

You do this once. Then the system runs — and improves with every cycle.

The deep session
One long talk: your positioning, the problem you solve better than your field, the clients you want, how you sound off-stage.
Your sources
Past writing, talks, recordings, the thinkers you return to. Whatever carries your judgement gets read first.
The month’s angles
We bring them, drawn from your field and your positions. You pick. Nothing is written on a topic you didn’t choose.
Written for you
The newsletter, the notes that feed it, the quarterly lead magnet and its page. Drafted to brief, under your name.
Your approval
You read, adjust, sign off. Each yes sharpens the next piece, so corrections shrink month over month.
Published on cadence
It goes out on the agreed days, busy month or not. Then the report lands.

Session → Sources → Angles → Written → Approved → Published → and the loop tightens

The guarantee

We only guarantee
what we control.

We cannot promise the market reacts on schedule. We can promise we do not stop when it doesn't, and that is the guarantee that costs us money.

Proof before payment

We write you a sample before you commit: one post, one Substack note and one newsletter. If it does not sound like you, we stop there and you owe nothing.

It reads human, or it doesn't ship

Every piece is built from your own thinking, in your own words, and stripped of the tics that make writing sound machine-made. Not to game a detector (they are unreliable, they flag the Constitution as AI), but because slop is the fastest way to lose a reader. If a draft reads generic, it is rewritten before it reaches you.

Volume, or you do not fully pay

A fixed number of publish-ready assets every month, in your voice, on cadence. Any shortfall is refunded proportionally.

Your hours back

You stop producing content entirely. At your own billing rate, that is the number in the calculator above, and it repeats every month.

Your approval on everything

Nothing publishes under your name until you have signed it off.

Miss the brief and it is rewritten

Any asset that misses the brief is rewritten. If the rewrite misses too, that asset is free.

What we will not promise is a lead count or a signed client. Both ride on your offer, your price and your close, and those are yours. Anyone selling you a number is selling one they cannot own. We build the authority and the audience. Turning them into booked calls is proactive work, and we say so up front.

Why is this different

Not another content service.

Most treat every month as a fresh start, and hand the judgement calls back to you. Here, every published piece is an input into the next one.
Built to prevent slop Checked to read human, not machine
One voice, every platform LinkedIn, Substack, newsletter, pages
Compounds, never resets Each approved piece trains the next
Angles from your own field Your positions, not generic prompts
Nothing published without you Your sign-off, every time
The archive belongs to you Newsletter, list and every piece

The Founder

Patrick Vieljeux.

I kept meeting people whose work was worth a great deal and whose visibility was worth nothing. They had no shortage of ideas. What they lacked was a way to put those ideas in front of the people who hire them, on a rhythm, in a voice that was recognisably their own.

Pipewrite exists to close that gap. Not louder content. A publication that carries your expertise at the level it deserves and runs without taking the hours you owe the work only you can do.

"Most experts do not need to be louder. They need to be impossible to confuse with anyone else."

What people say.

These clients hired us to find what their work stands on, then build the positioning and the practice around it. That is the work underneath every publication we produce.

Pat has run real businesses, and it shows. He found the ideas my work stands on, built the positioning around them, and refused to let any of it stay invisible.

Dain Duston

Reservoir llc

These guys got me clear on what I stand for and who I sell to, then built the structure to keep it running. The work sounds like me and finally reaches the right people.

Dr. Leonard Khirug

Triunity

Pat did more than sharpen how I sound. He helped me turn thirty-five years of work into a real offer, and the practice to sell it. He is direct, he does not flatter, and he is usually right.

Joseph Scorselo

Scorselo.com

I came to Pat with deep expertise and nothing else. He built everything from scratch – positioning, website, offer – and made it all sound like me. I went from an idea to a business I could actually run.

Who we take on

This is not open
to everyone.
And that's deliberate.

We hold a small number of publications at a time. Holding a voice takes attention, and attention doesn’t divide well. So the list stays short.
It suits consultants and advisors with ten years or more behind them, a practice that already works, and an offer that already converts. Content sharpens a good offer. It cannot rescue a weak one, and we tell you which you have in the first session. It starts with a conversation, not a form.

Applications reviewed within 48 hours.

What happens after the call
1
A short conversation

Thirty minutes on your practice, your positioning and whether this is the right thing for you. If it is not, we say so.

2
The deep session

One long conversation that captures how you think, who you serve and what you will never say.

3
Three pieces, written

One post, one Substack note and one newsletter, written before you commit to anything. If they do not sound like you, we stop and you owe nothing.

4
Then it compounds

Every approved piece makes the next one more precisely yours, and the report lands each month.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions & Answers

No. The newsletter is the spine. The lead magnets, the pages and the list are what turn readers into people you can actually reach. A publication with no capture is applause.

Not on its own. Any publication that claims to ring your phone is selling you a myth, and the people selling it hardest get their own calls the way everyone does, by reaching out. What this delivers is that when you reach out, or when someone refers you, the person who checks you finds a year of work in your voice that says something exact about their problem. That is what turns a cold contact warm, and a warm one into a call. The publishing earns the credibility. Starting the conversations is the proactive part that turns it into pipeline. We will not pretend the words do it alone, and we will not promise a signed client either, because your offer, your price and your close are yours.

It's the layer on top, not the core. The publication makes you worth replying to. A targeted sequence, cold and warm, over email and DM, is what starts the conversations at volume. We scope that with you once the publication runs. Content without outreach is a monologue. Outreach without content is a stranger with a pitch. You want both.
A hire gives you capacity, a salary, onboarding and a person to manage, and the judgement calls still come back to you. This gives you the consistency of an in-house function without the headcount, and the work does not route back to your desk for correction.

Yes, and it is the first thing we prove. We write you a sample before you commit: one post, one Substack note and one newsletter. If it does not sound like you, we stop and you owe nothing. After that it improves, because every piece you approve tells us more about the voice.

One long session at the start, then a short monthly call and your approvals. Roughly two hours a month. The rest is what you are hiring us for.

A 45-minute conversation, your raw thinking, and your sign-off inside an agreed window. That input contract is fixed on both sides. It is what keeps the rhythm and the guarantee intact, and no cadence survives without it.

A fixed volume of publish-ready assets that sound like you, on cadence, refunded pro rata if we miss. That every piece reads human, or it's rewritten before you see it. Your approval on everything. Proof before you pay. What we don't guarantee is a lead count or a signed client, because your offer and your close are yours.

It is the best starting point there is. Everything already exists except the rhythm, and the rhythm is the part we take over.

WHERE IT STARTS

Two hours a month.
That is your entire involvement.

Plenty of consultants publish every week and nobody can say what they stand for. Volume was never the hard part. The hard part is being the one a buyer thinks of first, because you said something specific about their problem, in your own words, often enough that it stuck. That is what this produces. Two hours a month from you. The rest is ours.
